At Branches of Balance, sessions are guided, intentional, and rooted in nervous system safety and care.

Branches of Balance, founded by Carmen McKellips, works with a blend of breath, sound, energy awareness, and intuitive guidance to support regulation, release, and reconnection. Some sessions focus primarily on one modality, while others gently weave multiple together, depending on your needs and intentions.

You do not need prior experience or spiritual knowledge to begin. You are always in control of your body, your breath, and your boundaries. My role is to guide and hold space, not to push, fix, or force anything.

Each session is trauma-aware, consent-based, and intentional. Blending professional experience with embodied work.
