Breathwork Facilitator • Sound Practitioner • Nervous System Guide

My work is shaped by a blend of professional education, somatic healing practices and transformational experiences. I am a certified breathwork facilitator and sound practitioner devoted to supporting the nervous system. My intention is to gently bring awareness to patterns and reconnect with our wisdom.

My approach is rooted in the belief that transformation happens when safety and awareness meet. I do this work alongside my own ongoing growth, honoring healing as a unique lived experience.

I’m drawn to the nature-based wisdom found in ancient Norse and Celtic cultures, particularly the ways these traditions honored cycles of nature and our relationship with the land. The idea that growth, healing, and transformation happen when we stay rooted while continuing to expand.

Birth Story of Branches of Balance

Sometimes the most meaningful paths begin not with a plan, but with a moment of deep remembering.

In 2023, I attended a deeply transformative retreat at a Life Advancement Center in Costa Rica. While I had already been on a personal growth journey for many years, that experience marked a turning point.

During the retreat, I had a profound moment of connection that I still struggle to put into words fully. What I experienced felt like an encounter with the divine through nature. The image that came to me was a vast Tree of Life, with roots reaching deep into the earth and branches extending endlessly upward.

In that moment, I felt a sense of interconnectedness with everything around me. Nature, people, the rhythms of life, and the unseen forces that support our growth. It was both grounding and expansive. Beautifully overwhelming. Just like trees, we are rooted in our past while continually expanding into who we are becoming.

Trees withstand changing seasons. They draw strength from their roots while reaching toward the light. Beneath the surface, their root systems are often interconnected, supporting one another in ways we cannot see. In many ways, humans are not so different. We require nourishment, healthy environments, sunlight, care, and connection to thrive. For humans, that nourishment also includes emotional safety, community, and a regulated nervous system.

Branches of Balance was born from this understanding.

The roots represent our foundation and inner work. The branches represent growth, expansion, and possibility. Balance represents the integration that allows us to move through life with resilience and clarity. Through breathwork, sound healing, and community spaces, I hope to help others reconnect with their inner roots while expanding into the fullest expression of who they are becoming.

Afterwards, I had neither a business plan nor a clear path ahead. What I had instead was integration. I had a nervous system learning what safety + grounding required, and this changes depending on which season of life is occurring. I had relationships, responsibilities, and a corporate career that suddenly looked different through this new lens. Like many moments of transformation, the real work began after I returned home.

Breathwork became more than a personal practice, and I soon became certified. It became a tool for regulating my nervous system, processing emotions, and staying rooted in my body. I felt a growing call to create spaces where others could reconnect with themselves in a similar way.

Over time, that calling grew into what is now Branches of Balance. The imagery of the Tree of Life that came to me during that retreat continued to stay with me. Trees became a powerful metaphor for healing and resilience, as well as the variety of modalities offered.
